He received his doctorate at the University of Mississippi, completed his internship at the University of Florida Medical School, and completed his residency at Mayo Clinic and Clinical Psychology Consultants. Dr. Stanley is a licensed psychologist in Florida.

He has been the executive director of Clinical & Health Psychology for 23 years. He has training and experience in biofeedback, hypnosis, neurofeedback, and medical and neuropsychology.

Dr. Stanley has presented and mentored nationally in the areas of clinical and health psychology, on-line trading, and trader psychology. He has trained professional psychologists and traders.
