REFUND POLICY

CyberTradingUniversity.com does not offer a refund of classes once the purchaser participates in the class. Refunds will be issued only if a refund and cancellation of participation is requested at least one hour (1) before the beginning of the class. Contact must be made by email (register[at]cybertradinguniversity.com) and received one hour (1) before the scheduled time of the class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscription services can be cancelled by contacting CyberTradingUniversity.com. Notice may be given via email to register[at]cybertradinguniversity.com or by Fax to 516.558.1118. A pro-rata share will not be refunded for monthly subscription or re-subscription charges already processed. Cancellation of certain subscriptions will void promotional price and the subscriber will be liable for the regular (non-promotional) price for all months the subscription was used.

Restrictions on Use of Our Online Materials
