About Tom Sosnoff

Mr. Sosnoff was appointed a Director of the Think or Swim in February 2007 in connection with the Company's acquisition of thinkorswim Holdings Mr. Sosnoff co-founded thinkorswim Holdings in 1999 with Scott Sheridan, and served as its Chief Executive Officer and a director. Since the completion of the acquisition, he has served as thinkorswim Holding's President and remained a director of thinkorswim. Mr. Sosnoff was a market maker for the Chicago Board of Options Exchange from 1980 through 2001, where he was one of the original market makers in the S&P 100 Index pit. Mr. Sosnoff earned his B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany.

About Fausto Pugliese

Cyber Trading University (CTU) was founded in 1995 by Fausto Pugliese. Fausto was one of the original SOES bandits of the early 1990's and one of the first independent traders to take advantage of the Direct Access Trading technology boom that started in 1987.

He acquired a wealth of knowledge from years of hands on experience and working side by side with some of the most practiced and successful traders in the industry.
