STEP 1 - NAVIGATING TO THE STUDENT PORTAL
ON THE DESKTOP
The "STUDENT PORTAL" Link is at the top right corner of the page.
ON MOBILE/TABLET
When you are on a mobile or tablet device, the Student Portal can be navigated to by click the menu icon on the top left corner next to the logo and then clicking "Student Portal" in the dropdown menu.
STEP 2 - LOGGING INTO THE PORTAL
Next, you will use your email address and password to login to the Student Portal. Your username is the email address that you used to register for a free webinar, account, trial, or when you signed up for a course. Use the password that was provided to you by email after registration. This password is CASE SENSITIVE. We recommend copying and pasting it from the email to the password field, if possible. If you can't remember your password, click "Lost your password?" link below the login form to enter your email address and receive your password again.
***PLEASE NOTE: It sometimes takes as long as 5 minutes for our email platform to send you your password. (so patience is a virtue at this point)
STEP 3 - YOUR STUDENT DASHBOARD
Now that you are logged in, your Student Portal dashboard is the main page you will be redirected to. This page is your map that you'll use to navigate to the CyberGroup Live Trading Chat Room, Live Course Sessions, Your Course Material, and much more.
By clicking the "CYBERGROUP LIVE TRADING CHAT ROOM" banner at the top of your dashboard, you will automatically logged into the trading room with the required info for each member (First Name and Last Initial) and can navigate and ask questions to the moderators in the room immediately. The CyberGroup Chat Room is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. eastern time.
STEP 4 - ACCESSING COURSE CONTENT
To access your course content, click "MY COURSES" off your dashboard or click "COURSES" in the side left navigation (please note on mobile & tablet, the side left navigation is available by clicking the dropdown at the top of the dashboard).
When you are on your "MY COURSE" page, you can click on the course you have access to. If you have access to the course, you will see a blue "Enroll Now" button. If you do not have that button, you will see a button to get access. If you have any questions about your access, please call 516-280-5350 or email [email protected].
After you click "Enroll Now" on the course you have access to. You will then be able to click the green button "START COURSE" and begin watching the on demand video content immediately, the most recent content is always at the top.
If you have a question about the content or other material related to the lessons, you can use the built-in Q&A feature in the top left of the viewer.
When you are done with a lesson, you can mark it as "Complete Lesson" by clicking the top right blue button. A green checkmark will appear next to the lesson after you complete it.
When you return to the main course page in the future, you will see that the green button on the main course page now reads "
STEP 5 - ACCESSING LIVE ZOOM CLASS SESSIONS
We have built a more integrated structure with our live zoom classes. Each month you will be able to click right off the course page or use the following link to access your live pro classes.
