    How can I change my user Password. I cannot find a place to do so in the Profile area?

    To change your password, please first click onto your dashboard or profile, when you are there you will see a list of links on the left side of the page, the last link is "Settings", if you click on it, you will see a form that will enable you to change your password. If you need assistance, you may also call us at 877-702-9237.

    hello, today on Fri May 5th, in my trial period this week, I am unable to access the live chat this morning. I see "On Air" but today there is no button to enter the live chat room. I know you had technical difficulties yesterday afternoon during the 2:30 so maybe it's still down?? I need to get in asap this morning. thank you.

    Hi

    I can't access one of my courses.  When I click on it I get the screen that says it no longer supports XP platform.  I have Win 7 and 10.  I've disabled my security software as well.  Please help.

    I want to  watch Phase I to phase IV courses on my phone, how come all recorded courses link not clickable. Please advice. Thanks
